Privacy
The short version: this site has no accounts, sets no tracking cookies, shows no ads, and never sells or shares data about you.
What we don’t collect
There is nothing to sign up for and nothing personal to enter. We set no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, run no ad networks, and build no personal profiles.
What happens technically when you visit
- Hosting: pages are static files served by our hosting provider (Vercel), which processes standard request logs (such as IP address and browser type) to operate and secure the service.
- Map tiles: the base map loads from third-party tile services (CARTO / OpenStreetMap, Esri satellite imagery) and our own storage (Cloudflare R2). Your browser requests tiles from them directly, which — like any web request — exposes your IP address to those providers under their own privacy policies.
- Analytics: we measure aggregate usage with self-hosted, cookieless analytics (Umami) running on our own server. It stores counts of visits and interactions — not identities: no cookies, no fingerprinting, no personal identifiers, and the data never leaves our infrastructure.
Changes
If our practices change, this page changes first. Last updated: July 2026. See also the terms & disclaimer.
